QUALIFICATIONS:
First Investors requires a college degree and actively recruits in the fields of finance, business administration, management, marketing, and the liberal arts, but all majors are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to work well with people on a one-to-one basis are a must. Since we train and license our employees, the ability to grasp new concepts along with the creative and organizational skills to set and achieve specific goals is vital.
