RESPONSIBILITIES:
Excellent training, benefits, stipends, and supports provided. Strengths in several academic areas, experience. Working with adolescents and the ability to engage and motivate college-bound youth are preferred. Assist academic advisers with tutoring, curriculum, events, college trips, residential programming and office projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 21 or older, have a valid driver's license, safe driving record and a reliable vehicle. College graduates may apply to work for one or two years with our program through the AmeriCorps program based in Greenfield, Massachusetts.
