RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description: Director of Development for Pinckney Pro-Life, a 501 (c ) 3 organization founded in 2001 to empower the youth to defend the civil right to life. Based in Dexter, Michigan. Position available Fall 2009. General Purpose of The Job: Plan, Direct and coordinate all development activities, and major fundraising activities to expand Pinckney Pro Life youth programs LIFEBOARDTM, LIFEtalk and March for Life to youth nationwide.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Direct Corporate /foundation fundraising experience. Strong Annual report, newsletter and grant writing skills. Excellent interpersonal communications skills with excellent oral communications and ability to speak at public events required. High energy with a positive can-do attitude, flexibility, and attention to detail is essential to position. Must demonstrate ability to prospect, cultivate, and manage new accounts. Strong partnership building and event planning skills needed.
