RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work one on one with children who have been diagnosed with autism. These children range in age from 18 months to 18 years. You will use the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to teach gross motor, fine motor, academic, play, self-help, social and language skills. You will also use some principles and techniques from the field of speech pathology (ST) to teach/enhance language. Responsible for implementing the ABA and ST programs with each child as written by the clinical director. This may include, but is not limited to, toileting, food tolerance, behavioral plans, computer programs, academic related tasks, language acquisition, and gross and fine motor tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in psychology/behavior analysis or related field is required. Previous experience with ABA therapy is preferred, but not required.

Hours per Week: 

Compensation: $11.00-$12.50/hr
